All new organisations receive three months of enhanced HR support services. This helps us understand your business and culture, it also gives us the time to get to know the knowledge and skill level of your senior team.
We then co-create a people plan for you to implement. The first session normally takes half a day as it includes a full HR audit. The monitoring is either face-to-face or via video call to review progress and business market changes we need to adapt the plan to. These broadly take 60 minutes.
We then strategically review your organisation quarterly – we do this by reviewing data and discussing your vision, checking where the data states you are and the gaps.
As an additional service, we can develop and implement a training and mentoring programme to help you and your team feel confident in managing people. This service is charged as a monthly fee and depends on the number of people in your organisation.
